What is Healy?

 Balance is the secret to staying healthy. Easier said than done.

Your body is designed to win.

 Eastern monks and yogi’s spend decades developing the sensitivity to know which subtle things help align their body, mind and spirit. That’s inspiring but realistically it’s not the path for most people.
